A fruity blond beer with an explosion of citrus, resulting from dry-hopping with the American hops breed Cascade. In order to maintain the hoppy aroma as much as possible, the beer isn’t filtered. It is slightly cloudy and has a snow white head. It is served in a robust, accompanying glass. At the first international Belgian beer contest, the Brussels Beer Challenge, Armand Ter Dolen won a gold medal. The beer was created in honour of Ter Dolen’s co-founder Armand Desplenter, the father of current director Mieke Desplenter.

A powerful and bitter non-alcoholic IPA

The first Limburg abbey beer, created at Ter Dolen in 1994. Brewed with two varieties of malt and two breeds of noble hops, fermented in the bottle. A full, rounded flavour and a great thirst quencher. Ranked 3rd best Belgian Abbey Beer by the newspaper “De Standaard” in 2010.

Dark, top-fermented abbey beer, brewed with three varieties of malt and two breeds of hops. This beer, fermented in the bottle, has a fruity, biscuity flavour with touches of caramel. Elected Best Recognised Flemish Dark Abbey Beer and winner of the bronze medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge.

This unfiltered top-fermented beer with an alcohol volume of 4.5% to which fresh cherry juice is added, is made from one type of wheat and malt and two kinds of hops with addition of spices like coriander and orange peel. It is a sweet fruit beer with a lemon flavour without denying the real beer taste.

Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, sugary and raisiny. Flavour is quite much the same along with raisins and grass. Hides the alcohol while drinking, but the aftertaste has some rather burning touches of it. Once it gets warm it also get some spic spicyness in it. It ends on a prickling dry note. Dark and hoppy. It shouldn’t work but it does. A duo of Columbus and Simcoe dry hops deliver big citrus and pine. Alcohol free Blond beer Colour and Sight: Light blonde beer, with a fine foam head. Nose: Light malty aroma with spicy and fruity notes. Flavour: Spiced full-bodied and round flavour with a fruity and hoppy aftertaste. This beer is therefore an ideal thirst quencher.

Pale ale sense alcohol

Our golden-yellow, alcohol-free wheat beer tastes like a premium wheat beer: tangy, fresh and full-bodied, with hints of cloves and honey as well as a fine yeasty spirit. The unique wheat beer taste is achieved by a method developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan: the top fermentation is not interrupted and the beer has time to mature, only after the maturation the alcohol is carefully withdrawn. It is a first-class thirst quencher after sports or a good companion to light summer dishes, sweet and sour dishes, or fruit sorbets. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Averbode is een blond abdijbier dat gedryhopped is en met nagisting op fles.Het heeft een goudgele kleur met een fijne schuimkraag. Met geurige aroma's van bloemen, groene appels, zoetigheid en hop. Door de vier soorten hop komt er een hoppige smaak naar voren. Het palet is volmondig, moutzoetig en met een aangenaam hopkarakter. De afdronk is fris, vol en bitter.

Strong, Blond, Belgian. 8.5% Vol. CORNET is a blond Belgian beer with a unique taste: powerful yet soft, thanks to the addition of oak wood chips during the brewing process.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

Brewery Het Anker decided to brew an easy drinkable city beer for the Mechelenians, still peppy enough in order to enjoy it to the fullest. We brew a heroic beer called Maneblusser. It’s a blond beer with an alcohol percentage of 6.2% vol. in which you can taste a subtle citrus aroma and a fine finish. Maneblusser is brewed according to the traditional method of high fermentation with refermentation in the bottle. The inspiration for this brew originates in the night of January 27th in the year 1687. The moon projected its reddish glow on Saint Rumbold’s tower, which was wrapped in a dense fog. “Fire, fire, the tower is on fire!” shouts the dreary voice of a drunken man. The alarm was sounded and people were making haste to help extinguish the so-called fire. Before the tower was reached, the moon slowly moved through the fog. From that moment on, the Mechelenians are called the Maneblussers or “Moonextinguishers”.

Maallust Dubbel is the number seven in our array of beers. A copper colored beer with high fermentation. Slightly sweet, spicy, and full of flavor. With a wonderfully bitter aftertaste. This beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. Corsendonk Pater Dubbel is a soft and top-fermented dark beer, refermented and aged in bottle to a lively sparkling beer with rich foam. This beer has caramelized malt on the nose with hints of ripe fruit. Mild on the palate with wellbalanced bitterness, hints of fruit, toasted bread, liquorice, coffee and caramel.

De Gouverneur Dubbel is een ongefilterd fluweelzacht en bitterzoet bier met karakter. This DIPA is the G.O.A.T. Literally. A trve A.B.C tour de force and so damn metal we’re afraid it will rust. It’s a liquid blast beat to your palette with ungodly amounts of Colvmbvs, Vic Secret and Mosaic hops over a smooth oats- and wheat-heavy malt bill. Horns up metalheads! Pulling off a Triple IPA that doesn’t overwhelm takes skill, patience—and a whole lot of elbow grease. For this beast, we pushed for extreme density with a dangerously smooth drinkability. The key lies in the malt bill: a Pilsner base backed up by a full crew of flaked barley, oats, and wheat, plus oat malt. The result is that signature creamy body—built to carry an intense hop load without breaking a sweat. In the whirlpool, a hefty dose of Mosaic lays down the tropical foundation. Then Motueka, Vic Secret, Sabro, Mosaic Cryo & Spectrum take over: leading with piña colada vibes, a sharp lime-lemon citrus punch, layers of coconut cream, and a final herbal edge that adds depth. Full-throttle hops and insane integration. Elbow grease never tasted this good.

A single hop India Pale Ale featuring one of Yakima Chief's newest and most exciting varieties - HBC 586. We have put it front and centre and not held back with the dosage! Let's see what this one's all about.

Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor completes the taste pallet of our Carolus beers. “Hopsinjoor” derived from “Opsinjoor”, the typical character of Mechelen and also because of the use of 5 different kinds of hops. These hops are fractioned at a different time during the cooking process in order to conserve a maximum of aroma. Concerning the taste, the Ale has a gentle taste with a slightly bitter finish. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor was launched in 2008 on the Zythos Beer Festival and hit the mark: the visitors elected it as best beer, bringing Het Anker “The Consumer’s trophy Zythos Beer Festival 2008”. The beer is bottled unfiltered in order to preserve the bitterness of the hop as much as possible.

A strong and gluten-free IPA. This variant has been made with mosaic hops and has a pronounced mix of piney, tropical and citrussy hoppy aroma's.

A smashing NE DIPA loaded with New Zealand hops. The malt base is British Golden Promise, wheat malt and oats. The hop bill is Nelson Suavin, Motueka Cryo, Rakau and Wai-Iti and deliver a fruity, dank and herbal beer that is silky and popping!

Jopen Northsea IPA is an IPA (India Pale Ale) or, in old Dutch, a ‘Duraebel Scheepsbier’. These beers were extra strongly brewed and extra hopped so that they could be taken along on the long sea voyages to the Dutch East Indies (current-day Indonesia). Nowadays this type of beer is making a comeback because American brewers have breathed new life into this brewing style. This hoppy amber beer is named after the lake between the towns of Spaarndam and Haarlem, the Mooie Nel (literally: Beautiful Nel). The beer has received an extra hop addition to the tank after fermentation to give it a clear hop character. Silver medal winner Brussels beer Challenge 2014.

Together with our friends at Popihn from France we brewed this crisp, hop-forward Cold IPA. As a farmhouse brewery working closely with their own crops and harvest, we knew this collab had to be something special. Packed with tropical and citrusy hop notes and balanced by a clean bitterness. It comes down to reality: some beers just hit different. Santé!

We havent brewed a black IPA for over a decade so it was about time to revisit this fantastic style! Roasted and chocolate notes meet American powerhouse hops and it sits just right in between a US IPA and a classic porter.

Contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist, combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of APAs, this beer is everything an IPA should be and more. Zesty and refreshingly bitter the finish is long. With a copper tone body and topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.

A bold west coast style IPA with pine and citrus hop aromas, subtle, malt sweetness and refreshing bitterness. Brewed using hop varities that include Cascade and Mosaic leading to a bold fruity and refreshing IPA that is perfect for any occasion and guaranteed to satisfy any hop lovers taste buds.

Swami’s is an Extra Pale Ale with a clean drinkability and a subtle character, brewed with lager, extra pale, wheat, Carapils and Carahell malts. They build a light base with just the right touch of softness and roundness. On the nose, it opens up with fresh fruit notes: raspberry, cantaloupe, ripe pineapple and a hint of mandarin peel. Bright and lively, without being overworked. On the palate it’s easygoing and refreshing, with a crisp, clean flow from start to finish. The bitterness is present but fine and firm, leading to a properly dry finish that naturally pulls you in for another sip.

An 8% New England DIPA brewed in collaboration with Left Handed Giant Earlier this year, and by pure coincidence, both breweries selected identical lots of Mosaic & Simcoe (Coleman Farm, Oregon) and Nectaron & Nelson Sauvin (Mac Hops, NZ). From there, the doors opened, and the recipes diverged. The result is two distinct 8% DIPAs that explore the wildly different consequences our brewing choices can have. Our half of the story, ‘The Doorway Effect’, lands today on the webshop. It’s a big, hoppy monster of a DIPA designed to showcase the vibrancy of these specific lots. Expect saturated hop aroma and a rounded mouthfeel. It’s bright, zippy, juicy, and even a little wild around the edges. A 5.2% pale with a stripped back grain bill but hopped up with the classics: Simcoe, Columbus, Chinook, Idaho7 & Centennial. Soft, juicy & dank, just how we like it!

Triple malts, triple hops, and … triple cheese? Not really. Finest, multi-layered Triple India Pale Ale has an amazingly dense, hazy body and a frothy head. It bursts with aromas and flavors that munchies like you and me love: black currant from HBC431 hops, dank tropicalness from Strata, and refreshing hints of lime and melon from Ekuanot Cryo hops.

Over the years, we realised that there is a specific moment in the brewing process where the science stops being just data & process, and starts to feel more like music. And for our head brewer, James, there’s a magic frequency sitting exactly at 6.5% abv. It’s the "Goldilocks zone" of the Verdant range. The precise ABV where the Verdant style truly begins to sing. To celebrate this sweet spot, we’ve used that special harmony in our newest IPA: We Sing at Six and a Half. Hazy 6.5% IPAs are comfortably in our wheelhouse, but this new one feels like a calibration of everything we love. It pours a beautiful pale golden yellow, it’s hazy as hell and as soft as a fluffy white cloud. Expect a devilishly moreish and precise drinking experience packed with bright citrus & tropical fruits, thanks to a heavy-hitting hop bill of Citra, NZH-101, and Nectaron. What else? Deep, complex "Verdant" undertones that anchor the fruit with our signature dankness, using our house yeast characteristics.

Also occasionally available in cask-conditioned form at 5% ABV.

A brown ale to beat them all. Rich, toasted malts & a variety of aromatic hops to ensure a full-flavored, complex ale. - To Øl Brokilde - Utilising local resources from our beautiful Danish countryside to produce fresh, delicious craft ales. Brewed and bottled at our brewery in To Øl City, Svinninge, Denmark.

Color and Sight: Dark Chocolate Brown with a compact foam, white-yellow, stable and creamy. Odor Touches of caramel, mocca and chocolate. Spices such as licorice and coriander are also present. Taste: Initially a very pleasant sensation in the mouth of alcohol and softness. It is followed by a growing bitterness, which comes partly from hops, but also from roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end, pleasant balance between bitter, sour and sweet notes.

Gouden Carolus Ambrio is aromatically brewed according to the ancient recipe of the Mechelschen Bruynen. Ambrio is an 'amber' ale brewed with 'brio'. This white beer of high fermentation finds its origin in the traditional beer of the city of Mechelen. As each city had its own typical beer, the Mechelenians drunk their amber beer: "Mechelschen Bruynen" for hundreds of years. Our brewery is the only brewery that still brews this type of beer. According to the tradition the basic recipe of this beer dates from 1421 and is therefore the oldest beer from the brewery. The current version is slightly heavier than the original and finer hopped. The balance between the different malts, the fine hops and typical aromas with herbs ensure that this beer combines the whole-hearted nature of brown beers with the freshness of blonde beers. This flavored and spicy light brown tasting beer should be served fairly fresh. Refermentation in the bottle.

Gouden Carolus Classic, the ‘Grand Imperial Beer’ from Mechelen, is brewed with dark, very balanced dosed caramel and aromatic malts. This unique beer combines the warmth of wine and the freshness of beer. This makes it very suitable in combination with culinary specialties such as stews, pâtés, ripened or strong cheeses. PALM Ale has long been one of Europe’s top-selling specialty beers. Made with English hops, French Barley, and Belgian yeast, PALM represents the best of European beer-making traditions. A Northern German (Friesian) Pilsener that is characteristic of the style. It is a little more hoppy than Czech pilseners giving it a more bitter ("herb" in German) flavour.

Duits & Lauret Stout is a very complex, dark and full-bodied beer. A beer to really take your time for in order to enjoy and experience its rich and complex flavour. An aroma of coffee and dark chocolate can easily be discerned. Roasted accents and a slight bitterness are typical of this beer. The stout combines wonderfully well with oysters or spicy dishes, and certainly with desserts in which chocolate or dried fruits have been used as ingredients.

This barley wine was aged for 27 months in Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels and offers a powerful, full-bodied mouthfeel. Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

An ode to six generations of master brewers. Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel, launched in 2010, is an intense beer, dark in colour and full in taste. The aroma is elegant, spicy and slightly roasted. The sophisticated blend of special kinds of malt give the beer a complex character, combining a delicate dryness with hints of coriander, dark fruits, anise and roasted chestnuts. The palate finishes in a syrupy taste. The refermentation in the bottle creates a living beer that will evolve over the years. Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel finds an excellent partner in chocolate when it comes to foodpairing.

Brewed from very similar ingredients as the Première but paler and spiced with coriander. It was intended only to be consumed by the abbey monks or at the nearby inn Auberge de Poteaupré, which is associated with the abbey. The Dorée is now widely available to consumers and can is enjoyable as as a refreshing dessert beer, because it is lower in alcohol content than the rest of the Chimay family ales.

A dark-brown Trappist ale with an ivory-coloured head. A fruity aroma with warm tones of vanilla, caramel and roasted chocolate. A classic Trappist ale with a full malty, caramel-sweet taste and the subtle, sweet influence of dates, honey and dried fruits. The aftertaste is sweet and slightly bitter.

Amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.

A light-blond, organic, top-fermented Trappist ale with a sturdy collar. The aroma is characterised by the refreshing and fruity aromas of the yeast, combined with the flowery scent of citrus caused by the hops. Only organic ingredients were used when brewing this Skal-certified ale. The result is an accessible, refreshing and smooth Trappist ale with a pleasant bitterness and a mild, dry finish.

A characteristically Trappist ale with a warm amber colour and a cream-coloured head. The aroma is associated with clover and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. La Trappe Quadrupel is the heaviest of all the La Trappe Trappist ales and it is also the source for the name of this style. A full, heart-warming and intense taste. Malty with sweet tones of dates and caramel. The aftertaste is smooth and slightly bitter.

A golden blonde Trappist ale with a white head. Fruity aromas of peach and apricot combined with a floral aroma. La Trappe Tripel is a classic Trappist ale with a powerful and full flavour. In addition, this ale has a candy-sweet and light malty character. The aftertaste is bitter and slightly dry.

NOTE: The ABV-value of this beer varies, in the United States 6.9% is used. The Orval’s brewery produces only one beer to sell, a beer with a high fermentation that continues in the bottle. It is 6.2% ABV. This beer is brewed exclusively from spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast. The aroma and the fine taste are due more to the hop cones and the yeast than to the malt that is used. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. In the tasting room, Orval’s beer and cheese make a really good pair: the unique shape of the bottle and the glass, the design of the label, the coasters and other publicity materials – it’s all a legacy from the early 1930’s.

Dominant impressions of latte coffee with powerful chocolate aromas in the nose. The alcohol esters are enveloped with hints of autumn wood, citrus zest (orange, lemon) and freshly baked biscuits. The initial taste is sweetly sinful. Beer and chocolate trapped into one single glass, a liquid milky draught with a backbone of bitter malt. The alcohol warms the throat and, in the finish, you will pick up traces of cloves, citrus, orange and mocha. The heaviest of the Rochefort beers, the 10 is a quadrupel style beer and can be recognized by its blue label.

Originally called "Spécial," Rochefort 8 dates to the mid-1950s. The name comes from the original gravity in "Belgian degrees." Deep brown color; the flavor is vigorous and complex, with firm body to support the strength. The aroma has elusive notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs. ABV 9.2 IBU 22

Full of flavor and with a strong pronounced character like our classics 6-8-10, the Tripel Extra stands out for its golden blond color, smoothness, hints of citrus and spicy aroma. Through this subtle blend of tradition and brewing skills, you will discover a refreshing beer that will delight the palate of any degustation beer lover. The alcohol volume is 8.1% alc. To be tasted in all circumstances in the original Rochefort glass and served between 6 and 9 degrees.

Using all of the same ingredients that we use in the original Tynt Meadow, we have produced a lighter, refreshing English style blond. This beer is 5%, and bottle conditioned.

Zundert 10 Trappist is een quadrupel met een licht kruidige toets die onze bieren kenmerkt. Dit trappistenbier is diep roodbruin van kleur, met een mooie, licht beige, schuimkraag. De geur geeft hints van gedroogde zuidvruchten, zwoele kruiden, drop en een beetje chocolade. De smaak is vol en zacht, in balans gebracht door een mooie hopbitterheid. In de nasmaak keert de Zundertse kruidigheid subtiel terug.

Zundert Trappist is een kastanjekleurig bovengistend bier met nagisting op fles. Het bevat 8% alcohol. We hebben gekozen voor een bier dat we ‘een beetje weerbarstig’ noemen. Dat wil zeggen, Zundert Trappist is een bier dat je de tijd moet geven om daadwerkelijk te doorgronden. Ons trappistenbier heeft een veelbelovende geur met een zweem van kruiden en specerijen. In de aanzet is Zundert Trappist bloemig en iets zoet. Geef het bier wat tijd en het karakter evolueert van licht karamel naar een mooie en droge hopbitterheid. In de lange afdronk vloeien de bitters samen met een aangename kruidigheid op de achtergrond.

Corsendonk Agnus Tripel is a spicy top-fermented blond beer, also refermented in the bottle and matured into a lively sparkling beer with a spicy bouquet and hopped aftertaste.

Bon Secours Noël is a BLOND ALE with a light golden hue. It impresses with its traces of CITRUS FRUITS, such as grapefruit and orange, and tinges of spiciness resulting from the presence of coriander and a hint of pepper. The Magnum hop, which is added in whole-leaf form at the end of the boiling process, lends a slightly bitter, yet lasting, aftertaste.

A full-bodied, Amsterdam wheat beer that is dangerously ‘moreish’. Slightly cloudy, it has a beautiful golden colour and a soft, foamy head. When we brew IJwit, we use wheat malt as well as barley malt, which is also how the beer gets its name. The wheat malt gives the beer a delightful, fresh flavour, and the addition of coriander and lemon during the brewing process produces a rich aroma of banana, citrus and spices. Topped off by a fine, slightly sweet aftertaste, IJwit is a delicious thirst-quencher.

Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. bottling date: 07/10/2025 For this Oude Kriek Intens Rood, we macerated sour cherries for more than six months on old lambik. We then blended with some younger lambik just before bottling. The weighted average age of this fruit lambik upon bottling is more than 15 months while the final fruit intensity is more than 450 grams of cherries per litre of Intens Rood. All of the cereals for this Intens Rood have been sourced in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

Rodenbach Alexander is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (2 year matured beer from oak standing Foeders) and 1/3rd young ale, then macerated with sour cherries.

Inspired by the Dutch phrase “Appeltjes van Oranje,” meaning “Little Apples of Orange,” this vibrant fruited sour combines crisp apples and juicy orange for a zesty citrus sweetness and a refreshing finish.

Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months.

Lambic is one of the world's oldest beers. According to some, it is also the best, even if its characteristic acidity does not please all palates. To offset this acidity, some decided to add sugar to it. Thus faro was born. Adding sugar syrup to lambic was a revelation at the time of Bruegel. (Some even argue that without faro, Bruegel would have been deprived of inspiration and would have remained an ordinary amateur painter whose canvases couldn't even have been sold at a flea market.) Until the 19th century, faro was very prevalent in the Brussels region. Folklore there was frequently associated with it, and the divine liquid flowed like water. Then faro fell into oblivion. It was not until 1978 that our family brought it back to centre stage. Or centre Senne, as you prefer. Particularly appreciated after physical exertion, faro is not only easy to drink, it is a joy to do so.

A hybrid of a Russian Imperial Stout and an Oud Bruin. Opposites attract. This sweet sour marriage combines the viscosity and robustness of a Russian Imperial Stout with the winy delicacy of our flemish red ale. Tasting this beer is like a Sovjet bombardment on your senses that throws you from Moscow to Modena and back, to find balanced somewhere in the middle. The aroma reveals chocolate, rains and Syrup de Liège, with a sense of port wine. The thick, sweet start creates the expectations of an antitussive that pampers the throat. The tantalizing sourness when you swallow, though, crushes that expectation immediately, so you have to start all over again. Comrades, unite and drink this oil of brotherhood!

Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! Taste carefully and you will uncover a fruity grapefruit and ginger flavour with a hint of Muscat grapes. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the wholehearted body and the sublime finish – an explosion of Germanic and Romance cultures.

RODENBACH is the unique & original “Flanders Red Ale”, recognised as a traditional local product. Mixed main fermentation and maturation in oak casks (“foeders”) give it the same sweet-sour flavour and complex fruitiness as wine. RODENBACH consists of 3/4 young beer and 1/4 beer matured two years in oak. It's is highly refreshing and appetising: the perfect apéritif or session ale! Since 1821.

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity.

Smooth Criminals: Cosmic Blast is inspired by probably the most popular ice cream, combining bright citrus and tropical fruit with a smooth finish. The addition of soft ice cream mix enhances the body with a silky, ice cream-like texture, rounding out the acidity with creaminess. Imperial saison for people with the Flandrien spirit

Lambicus Faro is a historical Brussels beer. Candy sugar is delicately added to a traditional barrel-aged lambic, giving a sweeter note with apples aromas.

Originally called "Ouden Tripel", this ancient West Flanders Brown beer has found a new élan as a regional specialty under its current name: "VanderGhinste Roodbruin". The main ingredients of our Vanderghinste Oud Bruin are malted barley, wheat, hops, water, and caramelized malts. These are used to brew a top-fermented beer. Blending this beer with lambic beer aged in oak for 18 months results in this specific West Flanders Brown beer. Its typical flavour is characterized by a well-balanced, hardly noticeable sourness. This first flavour impression is soon followed by a second pleasant discovery: a slight bitterness followed by a hint of sweetness.

bottle date: 05/12/2023 bottle count: 999 For this ‘Cha-Cha-Cha’ geuze, we blended three Savagnin barrels ‘sous voile’ from Jura, and one Vin Jaune barrel. The three Savagnin barrels held this respective wine for four years, not enough to become a true Vin Jaune. These barrels come from LuLu Vigneron. The Vin Jaune barrel was sourced with Philippe Chatillon. We aged 18 month old lambik for another year on the Cha-Cha white wine barrels. For the Vin Jaune barrel, we aged three-year-old lambik for an additional year on this barrel. The weighted average age of this blend is more than 35 months. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

bottle date: 22/05/2025 For this second and limited batch of Rabarber/Schaarbeekse, we blended a Schaarbeekse kriekenlambik that macerated for over a year, and a rhubarb lambik that macerated and matured on oak for over eighteen months. The weighted average age of this fruit lambik is over 22 months. The final fruit intensity of this blend is 472 grams of rhubarb and Schaarbeekse sour cherries combined per litre.

Toer de Geuze is an openhouse event where all participating brewers and blenders open their doors to the public at the same time to celebrate the tradition of Oude Geuze together with everyone. Colour and sight: Deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Scent: Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Flavour: Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste. Lindemans Framboise blends one-year-old lambic with delicious, ripe raspberries, providing a delicate fruity aroma, indulgent raspberry flavor and a beautiful dark pink colour.

Sprockets is the golden, pale, and flavorful version of German Bock beers. As a high-gravity lager, it offers a very clean fermentation profile that allows the malt to take center stage without distractions. We have brewed this beer on a selection of premium malts: Weyermann Barke Pils, Barke Munich, and Vienna. The result is a solid structure that stands out for its sweet grain aroma, with deep notes of honey, toasted bread crust, and an authentic rustic character. On the palate, it is pure silk, faithful to its aroma but with a floral finish that cleanses the palate for the next sip. A full-bodied, technical lager with that "kitsch" touch we love so much.
