Loris is a light, hazy and citrusy low alcohol pale ale. We use El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic hops to create an intense tropical and citrus fruit aroma. This is followed by a crisp, refreshing bitterness which doesn’t linger, resulting in an extremely drinkable alcohol-free pale ale.

Averbode is een blond abdijbier dat gedryhopped is en met nagisting op fles.Het heeft een goudgele kleur met een fijne schuimkraag. Met geurige aroma's van bloemen, groene appels, zoetigheid en hop. Strong, Blond, Belgian. 8.5% Vol. CORNET is a blond Belgian beer with a unique taste: powerful yet soft, thanks to the addition of oak wood chips during the brewing process.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

Duvel is a natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavour and a distinctive hop character. The unique brewing process, which takes about 90 days, guarantees a pure character, delicate effervescence and a pleasant sweet taste of alcohol. Apart from pure spring water, which is the main ingredient of beer, barley is the most important raw material. Barley must germinate for five days in the malt house, after which malt remains. The colour of the malt and as a consequence also of the beer is determined by the temperature. Duvel obtains its typical bitterness by adding various varieties of aromatic Slovenian and Czech hops. We use only exclusive hops that are renowned for their constant, outstanding quality. Duvel ferments for the first time in tanks at 20 to 26°C. The brewer uses his own culture for this. The original yeast strain, which Victor Moortgat himself selected in the 1920’s, originates from Scotland. After maturing in storage tanks in which the beer is cooled down to -2°C, the drink is ready for bottling. Thanks to the addition of extra sugars and yeast, the beer ferments again in the bottle. This occurs in warm cellars (24°C) and takes two weeks. Then the beer is moved to cold cellars, where it continues to mature and stabilise for a further six weeks. This extra long maturation period is unique and contributes to the refined flavour and pure taste of Duvel.

Accessible spicy blonde beer of only 5.5 vol% matured in gin barrels This beer has matured in eight months ‘Villiers’ gin barrels and 8 months in bottle. Corsendonk Pater Dubbel is a soft and top-fermented dark beer, refermented and aged in bottle to a lively sparkling beer with rich foam. This beer has caramelized malt on the nose with hints of ripe fruit. Mild on the palate with wellbalanced bitterness, hints of fruit, toasted bread, liquorice, coffee and caramel.

De Gouverneur Dubbel is een ongefilterd fluweelzacht en bitterzoet bier met karakter. LeFort is a complex, dark beer of 10° with a sweet and fruity touch. The pale and roasted, dark barley malts give the beer a perfect balance. Burorina, is a Collab with Walhalla Brewing from Amsterdam and is named after the goddess of Zeeland, is a powerful Double Dryhopped West Coast IPA. Expect crisp bitterness and an explosion of citrus, pine and tropical fruit thanks to the hop combo of Centennial, Simcoe, Chinook, Citra and Galaxy. Bright, intense and distinct, a divine beer with a bite.

Aiako Harria is a Double India Pale Ale, bold in character yet super smooth on the palate, with an exuberant, fruity, and uniquely expressive aroma profile. We’ve climbed to the top alongside our friends in Cornwall, Verdant Brewing, to toast this hop-forward collaborative gem for our 10th anniversary. Hops play a starring role in this beer: on one hand, Simcoe and Mosaic, classic varieties that bring familiar aromas with citrusy and tropical notes; on the other, Riwaka and Strata, more distinctive, giving Aia’s Peaks character, personality, and an unexpected touch that makes it unique. This is the sixth of nine collaborations celebrating our 10th anniversary, a beer that combines juiciness, texture, and hop-forward creativity.

CLEAN CUT is inspired by Barbara, winner of our IPA label contest and fearless orthopedic surgeon who fixes anything with skill and a grin. Just like her, this Black IPA blends precision and character: smooth caramel malts and subtle roast cut with the sharp edge of Citra hops. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor completes the taste pallet of our Carolus beers. “Hopsinjoor” derived from “Opsinjoor”, the typical character of Mechelen and also because of the use of 5 different kinds of hops. These hops are fractioned at a different time during the cooking process in order to conserve a maximum of aroma. Concerning the taste, the Ale has a gentle taste with a slightly bitter finish. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor was launched in 2008 on the Zythos Beer Festival and hit the mark: the visitors elected it as best beer, bringing Het Anker “The Consumer’s trophy Zythos Beer Festival 2008”. The beer is bottled unfiltered in order to preserve the bitterness of the hop as much as possible.

An IPA in collaboration with Prizm Brewing Co. While discussing recipes with Prizm, we got excited about using the same base hops for both the Pale Ale and the IPA (think Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe), blending New Zealand and US hops to work together with our Verdant yeast. For the IPA, we used NZH-101 on the cold side for a more limey, tropical, and deeply dank hop saturation. Prizm Brewing Co are one of France’s most exciting new breweries, located in Vendargues (Herault), just outside Montpellier. Born in 2020, they quickly earned a reputation as one of the country’s top-rated microbreweries. After tasting some of their latest delicious beers, we had to invite them for a collaboration in Cornwall as part of our Travellers Series.

While discussing recipes with Prizm, we got excited about using the same base hops for both the Pale Ale and the IPA (think Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe), blending New Zealand and US hops to work together with our Verdant yeast. For the Pale Ale, we used Nectaron on the cold side, bringing tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and citrus fruits. Prizm Brewing Co are one of France’s most exciting new breweries, located in Vendargues (Herault), just outside Montpellier. After tasting some of their latest delicious beers, we had to invite them for a collaboration in Cornwall as part of our Travellers Series.

Marauders Of The Sea is a brand-new 6.5% IPA made in collaboration with none other than the band The Lemonheads, celebrating the band’s first new album in almost 20 years. Brewed with frontman Evan Dando right here in Penryn, it’s inspired by one of their upcoming tracks and packed with Nectaron, Krush and Citra hops for waves of citrus, pineapple and peach. The collab goes beyond the brewhouse. Verdant is sponsoring and beer-fuelling The Lemonheads’ European tour bus, and Evan will be back in Cornwall for a rare solo show at the Taproom on October 1st, supported by shoegaze legends Chapterhouse. A true meeting of beer, music and community.

Jopen Northsea IPA is an IPA (India Pale Ale) or, in old Dutch, a ‘Duraebel Scheepsbier’. These beers were extra strongly brewed and extra hopped so that they could be taken along on the long sea voyages to the Dutch East Indies (current-day Indonesia). Nowadays this type of beer is making a comeback because American brewers have breathed new life into this brewing style. This hoppy amber beer is named after the lake between the towns of Spaarndam and Haarlem, the Mooie Nel (literally: Beautiful Nel). The beer has received an extra hop addition to the tank after fermentation to give it a clear hop character. Silver medal winner Brussels beer Challenge 2014.

We're celebrating our 10th anniversary in style! This potent, hazy DDH IPA was crafted hand-in-hand with our friends, OSO Brew from Madrid. Pozalagua pays tribute to the spectacular cave in Karrantza (Bizkaia), famous for its unique eccentric formations. Our beer is just as dense, surprising, and vibrant. Nose and Flavour: A blast of tropical fruits with notes of freshly squeezed lime and the subtle touch of blueberry form an exuberant and intense juicy fruit salad that floods the palate. Body and Texture: Dense and silky body, which gives it a richness that evokes the very depth of the cave. Finish: The strong fruity notes give way to a round, balanced touch of bitterness that cleanses the palate, preparing you for the next sip.

Dryhopped West Coast DIPA In early 1992 a huge cargo ship left Hong Kong, destined for Tacoma in the Pacific Northwest of USA. On January 10th the ship ran into a heavy storm in the North Pacific and a container filled with 28.000 yellow rubberducks spilled into the sea, liberating the ducks. Until now everyone has believed the incident to be entirely accidental, but a journalist now claims to have met the leader of a whole colony of rubberducks living on the remote Hawaiian island of Lehua. According to the leader of the Rubberduck Revolutionary Front, operating under his nom de guerre ‘Moby Duck’, the incident wasn’t accidental at all. “When we heard the storm coming, we started rocking the container. We may be small, but when there’s 28.000 of us, we can pull some weight”, he apparently told the journalist. According to Moby Duck, the rubberducks were fed up with a designated life with snotty babies in bathtubs full of pee and poop. “Why don’t we deserve a happy life, just because because we are small, rubbery and yellow?”, he asks rhetorically in the interview. And according to the journalist, Lehua has turned into a pure rubberduck paradise, as free rubberducks are happy rubberducks. The rubberduck revolution may have been the most peaceful revolution in the history of duckkind, as not a single shot was fired. But eternal freedom was achieved for these lil’ peace loving critters.

Salto del Nervión is an intense and monumental Double India Pale Ale, powered by New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin and Motueka Cryo, releasing an overwhelming aromatic wave. A liquid tribute to the landscapes of the Nervión waterfall, where nature seems to brush against New Zealand. Brewed together with our friends at Prizm Brewing (Montpellier), this beer is born from our obsession with New Zealand hops. This is the third of nine collaborations celebrating our 10th anniversary.

Betty Ford bier is vernoemd naar Betty Ford, de voormalige First Lady van de Verenigde Staten, en draagt daarmee een historische en culturele verwijzing naar de Betty Ford Clinic. Het bier zelf is een eerbetoon maar verwijst vooral als gimmick naar het lage alcoholgehalte in het Wilderen portfolio.

Gouden Carolus Ambrio is aromatically brewed according to the ancient recipe of the Mechelschen Bruynen. Ambrio is an 'amber' ale brewed with 'brio'. This white beer of high fermentation finds its origin in the traditional beer of the city of Mechelen. As each city had its own typical beer, the Mechelenians drunk their amber beer: "Mechelschen Bruynen" for hundreds of years. Our brewery is the only brewery that still brews this type of beer. According to the tradition the basic recipe of this beer dates from 1421 and is therefore the oldest beer from the brewery. The current version is slightly heavier than the original and finer hopped. The balance between the different malts, the fine hops and typical aromas with herbs ensure that this beer combines the whole-hearted nature of brown beers with the freshness of blonde beers. This flavored and spicy light brown tasting beer should be served fairly fresh. Refermentation in the bottle.

Gouden Carolus Classic, the ‘Grand Imperial Beer’ from Mechelen, is brewed with dark, very balanced dosed caramel and aromatic malts. A Northern German (Friesian) Pilsener that is characteristic of the style. It is a little more hoppy than Czech pilseners giving it a more bitter ("herb" in German) flavour.

The Kaapse Ludwig is a 6,0% Octoberfest Lager (Festbier) brewed with six different types of barleymalt, modern Callista hops and a special lager yeaststrain from Munich. It is named after King Ludwig the 1st of Bavaria. His marriage to Theresia in 1810 is still celebrated in Munich every year as Oktoberfest.

Theresia. A Smoked Munich Helles. Helles lager is Czech Pilsners cousin from Southern Germany. Bright Pale Golden, Malty Smooth upfront and super crisp and dry in the finish. Theresia has an added subtle smokey twist.

Barrel aged imperial coconut vanilla hazelnut stout.

A beer which earns its rightful place on the dinner table as a replacement for the post dinner espresso. Our Baltic Porter boasts notes of caramel, dried fruits, dark chocolate, robusta coffee, and roasted chestnuts. This complex array of aromas and flavours, as well as the beers deep mahogany hue, arise from the addition of caramel, chocolate, and roasted malts.

This year, Bon Appetit, Amélie, is going places. We found the inspiration for our (almost legendary) pastry porter in Dubai. The Dubai Chocolate bar, "Can’t Get Knafeh of It", combines creamy tahini and pistachio cream with crunchy kadaif, covered in chocolate. For this pastry porter we used cacao nibs and powder on the hotside of brewing and conditioned the beer with pistachio and real tahini. By using flaked oat we made it as silky smooth as the bar itself. Unfortunately we couldn't get the crunch in it, but the sound of opening a can is as satisfying as the sound of biting in a crunchy bar, isn't it? Bon Apetit, Amélie!

A banging Imperial stout brewed with coconut and a Caturra coffee from Costa Rica. Together with Tuletorn, a new brewery from Estonia, we brewed a Baltic Chocolate Marble Cake Pasty Porter. The rich chocolate influences and sweet pastry notes blend seamlessly with the strength of a Baltic Porter. A collaboration in which knowledge and creativity come together in a layered and full-bodied beer.

Made using roasted malts, Monk’s Stout Dupont was first made in the 1950s in our farm-brewery. We decided to revive the recipe 60 years later to pay tribute to it. Without an updated flavour, it still has its original name and look. This very dark beer has lovely aromas of chocolate and coffee, introduced by the use of special roasted malts. There is a consistent freshness thanks to the citrus notes from the hops. There is no sweetness on the palate, but rather a clean, marked bitterness; beautifully thirst-quenching. Best served at cellar temperature (12°C) or slightly chilled. Monk’s Stout Dupont goes down particularly well with shellfish, sushi, blue cheese and Moinette Vieux cheese.

One of our most popular imperial stouts is back with a Toffee-Nut twist! Our full-bodied seasonal stout showcases layers of chocolate malt and oats, smooth toffee, and creamy vanilla for a velvety mouthfeel and a rich, nutty finish.

In collaboration with Tartarus Brewery, we present a special quadrupel, aged for no less than 20 months in red wine barrels. The long aging process gives this beer a full body, with deep notes of red fruit, wood, and a soft complexity. Tartarus, a small but highly regarded English brewery, is working with us to take this style to the next level.

Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel, launched in 2010, is an intense beer, dark in colour and full in taste. The aroma is elegant, spicy and slightly roasted. Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food!

Vroeger werd voor de kust van Texel zeewier geoogst voor het onderhoud van dijken, de isolatie van huizen en de vulling van matrassen. Nu is die zilte oogst is direct verwerkt in dit bier. Het resultaat is een strogele Saison met een frisse geur van citrus en zee. De smaak is kruidig, licht bitter en vooral heerlijk fris. Het ziltige van het zeewier komt aangenaam terug in de nasmaak.

Trappist beers tend to be named after the place in which the monastery is situated. We’ve called ours ‘Tynt Meadow’, to honour the link with the plot of land on which monastic life was refounded here in the Midlands almost two centuries ago. Being part of the great Trappist tradition, we’ve chosen to produce a strong dark ale, but one with a clearly English character. Tynt Meadow is mahogany-coloured, with a subtle, warm red hue, and a lasting beige head. Its aroma carries hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, and rich fruit flavours. The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.

Amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.

A light-blond, organic, top-fermented Trappist ale with a sturdy collar. The aroma is characterised by the refreshing and fruity aromas of the yeast, combined with the flowery scent of citrus caused by the hops. Only organic ingredients were used when brewing this Skal-certified ale. The result is an accessible, refreshing and smooth Trappist ale with a pleasant bitterness and a mild, dry finish.

A characteristically Trappist ale with a warm amber colour and a cream-coloured head. The aroma is associated with clover and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. La Trappe Quadrupel is the heaviest of all the La Trappe Trappist ales and it is also the source for the name of this style. A full, heart-warming and intense taste. Malty with sweet tones of dates and caramel. The aftertaste is smooth and slightly bitter.

A golden blonde Trappist ale with a white head. Fruity aromas of peach and apricot combined with a floral aroma. La Trappe Tripel is a classic Trappist ale with a powerful and full flavour. In addition, this ale has a candy-sweet and light malty character. The aftertaste is bitter and slightly dry.

Light-blonde, cloudy with a firm and long-lasting head. The aroma is slightly sour and refreshing due to the use of wheat malt combined with a floral and fruity (citrus, peach, apricot) hop aroma. The flavour is smooth, malty, lightly sour with a tingling sensation due to the carbonation. The aftertaste is bitter and dry. A consistently drinkable, refreshing thirst quencher.

NOTE: The ABV-value of this beer varies, in the United States 6.9% is used. The Orval’s brewery produces only one beer to sell, a beer with a high fermentation that continues in the bottle. It is 6.2% ABV. This beer is brewed exclusively from spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast. The aroma and the fine taste are due more to the hop cones and the yeast than to the malt that is used. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. In the tasting room, Orval’s beer and cheese make a really good pair: the unique shape of the bottle and the glass, the design of the label, the coasters and other publicity materials – it’s all a legacy from the early 1930’s.

Zundert 10 Trappist is een quadrupel met een licht kruidige toets die onze bieren kenmerkt. Dit trappistenbier is diep roodbruin van kleur, met een mooie, licht beige, schuimkraag. De geur geeft hints van gedroogde zuidvruchten, zwoele kruiden, drop en een beetje chocolade. De smaak is vol en zacht, in balans gebracht door een mooie hopbitterheid. In de nasmaak keert de Zundertse kruidigheid subtiel terug.

Zundert Trappist is een kastanjekleurig bovengistend bier met nagisting op fles. Het bevat 8% alcohol. We hebben gekozen voor een bier dat we ‘een beetje weerbarstig’ noemen. Dat wil zeggen, Zundert Trappist is een bier dat je de tijd moet geven om daadwerkelijk te doorgronden. Ons trappistenbier heeft een veelbelovende geur met een zweem van kruiden en specerijen. In de aanzet is Zundert Trappist bloemig en iets zoet. Geef het bier wat tijd en het karakter evolueert van licht karamel naar een mooie en droge hopbitterheid. In de lange afdronk vloeien de bitters samen met een aangename kruidigheid op de achtergrond.

An unfiltered, unpasteurised beer bottle fermentation. A "triple" for you to say. Golden Blonde brew with a wholehearted malt flavor, a light caramel touch and a refreshingly bitter aftertaste. This beer can for a longer shelf life.

Corsendonk Agnus Tripel is a spicy top-fermented blond beer, also refermented in the bottle and matured into a lively sparkling beer with a spicy bouquet and hopped aftertaste.

Een bovengistend ongefilterde goudblonde 3-granen tripel met een verrassende smaak. De toevoeging van Tettnagerhop en kruiden zorgen voor een kruidige smaak met droge afdronk. Gebrouwen met traditionele lange lagering en kristalzuiver water uit eigen bron.

Lichte mout en (veel) hop maken van Helse Engel een tripel met een eigen karakter. Karakteristiek en toch toegankelijk, met het rijke aroma van rustig gegist bier.

Dit bier is gebaseerd op de legendarische Gappie Vos, oprichter van De Haas in Elburg, het fundament van onze droom. Het bier is op vele plaatsen gebrouwen maar heeft nu eindelijk zijn thuis gevonden in de brouwerij in elburg. Dit is een fruitig bier dat naast de moutige geur ook tonen van citrus heeft. Het bier heeft volle mouttonen die worden aangevuld met een lekkere bittere smaak maar ook een beetje zoetigheid die het geheel in balans brengt. De afdronk is zacht bitter en blijft lekker hangen.

DAVO Roadtrip is een blonde en krachtige tripel. Het goudgele bier is zoet en verwarmend door het stevige alcoholpercentage. Het fruitige karakter maakt het bier zeer toegankelijk en gevaarlijk doordrinkbaar!

Straffe Hendrik is a Bitter Tripel Ale of 9% abv. The beer was originally from Bruges and brewed in Bruges by brewery De Halve Maan. In 1981, Henri Maes and his daughter Véronique followed the demand of the mayor and created a strong blond beer for the inauguration of the statue of Sint-Arnoldus, the saint of all beer-brewers. However, the beer became so popular, that the demand for the beer continued. It was given the name of Straffe Hendrik (Strong Hendrick), since it was a rich and strong beer. Today, Straffe Hendrik is the last authentic Tripel Ale of Bruges.

St.Bernardus Christmas Ale takes on a splendid dark-brown colour that is topped off with a cream-coloured layer of froth. It’s an intensely dark beer with a full, yet slightly fruity flavour, overflowing with the tastes of winter and zesty seasonal aromas. Aniseed notes are complemented by hints of creamy caramel and fire-roasted chestnuts. This zestiness shows no signes of abating, pushing through to a magnificent finish of dried fruits and chocolate.

Circus Winter Ale offers a rich and complex flavour palette of various spices along with a pleasant touch of gingerbread. Subtle hints of dried fruits provide a balanced sweetness and freshness, while a moderate hop bitterness creates a harmonious balance.

WHAM! From the first sip you’ll get nostalgic notes of sharp raspberry and fizzy tang taking centre stage in our iconic chew-bar-inspired sour. Pair with 80’s Christmas music and give it to someone special.

As the air gets crisper and the nights grow cosier, Vinternatt is our take on a yule ale. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bådin straight from the Arctic Circle. With a grist inspired by a Scotch ale and nine different malts creating layers of flavour and complexity, think dates, toffee, caramel and a touch of chocolate. We've added orange peel and cinnamon to make this the perfect Christmas winter warmer. Best enjoyed with loved ones by a roaring fire.

Go on a discovery: "Meine Hopfenweisse" - the incomparable experience of indulgent drinking, that exceeds all expectations … hoppy, but flowery, bitter and full-bodied, and still with a sweet malty aroma - this is how multifaceted wheat beer can actually be. A real delight in the special Schneider way! And when it comes to spicy dishes or refined chocolates the "Hopfenweisse" unleashes no less than a pleasant tremor of the senses.

A full-bodied, Amsterdam wheat beer that is dangerously ‘moreish’. Slightly cloudy, it has a beautiful golden colour and a soft, foamy head. When we brew IJwit, we use wheat malt as well as barley malt, which is also how the beer gets its name. The wheat malt gives the beer a delightful, fresh flavour, and the addition of coriander and lemon during the brewing process produces a rich aroma of banana, citrus and spices. Topped off by a fine, slightly sweet aftertaste, IJwit is a delicious thirst-quencher.

Our dark wheat beer is impressive with its creamy white foam. Rodenbach Alexander is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (2 year matured beer from oak standing Foeders) and 1/3rd young ale, then macerated with sour cherries.

However, if a saison that is starting to lean towards being a triple appeals to you, and if it's in season, don’t hesitate.”

Sour ale with cranberries (not the Gin sour)

Fresh lemon juice and zest meet the smooth, full-bodied character of Kieni, Kenyan coffee sourced and roasted by our Danish pals at Coffee Collective. Initially added using a bulk grinder, we’ve then infused whole coffee beans using a hop rocket, creating a blend of soft coffee with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and rhubarb among the zesty taste of sweet lemonade.

Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months.

Lambic is one of the world's oldest beers. According to some, it is also the best, even if its characteristic acidity does not please all palates. To offset this acidity, some decided to add sugar to it. Thus faro was born. Adding sugar syrup to lambic was a revelation at the time of Bruegel. (Some even argue that without faro, Bruegel would have been deprived of inspiration and would have remained an ordinary amateur painter whose canvases couldn't even have been sold at a flea market.) Until the 19th century, faro was very prevalent in the Brussels region. Folklore there was frequently associated with it, and the divine liquid flowed like water. Then faro fell into oblivion. It was not until 1978 that our family brought it back to centre stage. Or centre Senne, as you prefer. Particularly appreciated after physical exertion, faro is not only easy to drink, it is a joy to do so.

Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves that becomes increasingly intense. Sublime.

Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Gueuze Tilquin 40-60 is made from the blending of 40 % 1 year old and 60 % 2 years old lambics, matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.

4 Jaar hebben we op deze Lambiek moeten wachten, maar het was het wachten waard! Wauwie, wat een topper dit zeg! Vol zuur, nog hier en daar wat zachtheid omdat ie nog maar net op fles staat en een miniscuul bittertje door de gebruikte hop.

Blonde Flemish Sour Ale, gerijpt op Foeder, gemacereerd met krieken en frambozen. Door echt fruit toe te voegen aan onze Omega, verkrijgen we een heerlijk fris zuur fruitbier. AaBy adding real fruit to our Omega, we obtain a deliciously sour fruit beer. Aangezien fruit seizoensgebonden is, beperken we de verkoop tot enkele maanden per jaar.

Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! Taste carefully and you will uncover a fruity grapefruit and ginger flavour with a hint of Muscat grapes. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the wholehearted body and the sublime finish – an explosion of Germanic and Romance cultures.

That's right, fruited sour beer with loads of peaches! And a bit of apricot too!

No April fool here, this is the first gueuze in a can ever! Can-conditioned at 100%. A few kegs were also produced. This PETITE GUEUZE TILQUIN is a blend of 70% 1-year-old light Meerts and 30% 2-year-old lambics, all spontaneously fermented and matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was given 2 months to spontaneously refermented in the can. It will surely keep evolving but its ready to drink, super refreshing, ideal for the coming summer ! It was canned with the help of our friends from Brasserie Minne (Somme-Leuze). 12.450 cans were produced.

This is our classic Phi reimagined with a tropical, smoky twist: smoked mango, peach & pineapple! Bright acidity, juicy fruit, and a subtle smokiness that lingers beautifully.

RODENBACH is the unique & original “Flanders Red Ale”, recognised as a traditional local product. Mixed main fermentation and maturation in oak casks (“foeders”) give it the same sweet-sour flavour and complex fruitiness as wine. RODENBACH consists of 3/4 young beer and 1/4 beer matured two years in oak. It's is highly refreshing and appetising: the perfect apéritif or session ale! Since 1821.

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity.

Nordic Sour brewed with blackcurrants, salmiac and raw licorice. Soured with our house mixed culture using our Nordic sour method.

Lambicus Faro is a historical Brussels beer. Candy sugar is delicately added to a traditional barrel-aged lambic, giving a sweeter note with apples aromas.

Originally called "Ouden Tripel", this ancient West Flanders Brown beer has found a new élan as a regional specialty under its current name: "VanderGhinste Roodbruin". The main ingredients of our Vanderghinste Oud Bruin are malted barley, wheat, hops, water, and caramelized malts. These are used to brew a top-fermented beer. Blending this beer with lambic beer aged in oak for 18 months results in this specific West Flanders Brown beer. Its typical flavour is characterized by a well-balanced, hardly noticeable sourness. This first flavour impression is soon followed by a second pleasant discovery: a slight bitterness followed by a hint of sweetness.

Lindemans Brewery proudly presents Gueuze Dark Cuvée René, an exclusive lambic blend in honor of the 85th birthday of René Lindemans, the 5th generation of our family brewery. The name "Dark" refers to the deep, dark color of the lambic that forms the base of this special Gueuze. Its unique color and flavorful character are the result of the use of roasted wheat and aging in 20-year-old oak cognac barrels, a nod to René's pioneering spirit. Fellowship 2024 Ale No 1 Narya is a spontaneous fermented beer, where wort was added to Divico grapes from Winery Hoenshof in Belgium. After 7 months of maceration and fermentation, Narya was barrel aged on Chateau Siran Margaux barrels for another 6 months.

Fellowship 2024 Ale No 6 There lies, tucked in the heart of the Shire, a place where tales grow tall and mugs are never empty - The Green Dragon Inn. It is a name spoken with warmth, laughter, and the clink of well-worn tankards. Born of mixed fermentation and aged with the patience of old innkeepers, Phi was laid to rest in barrels of Wild Turkey Bourbon and Tawny Port, where time wove its magic. The sourness sings like a fiddler at dusk, lively and bright, while the barrel's kiss adds depth, warmth, and echoes of distant lands. Thus, the beer took on a name worthy of song: The Green Dragon Inn - a drink to rouse the heart, loosen the tongue, and remind all who sip it of home, hearth, and the road that ever goes on.

Zugarramurdi is an Imperial Rye Stout that has been aged for 24 months in Maker’s Mark Bourbon barrels, and then conditioned with toasted coconut, Bourbon vanilla, and Ancho chilies. This creation is the epitome of complexity, intensity, and elegance. This brew is born from a collaboration between Basqueland and Lervig Brewery from Stavanger. Together, we individually tasted and selected the barrels from the brewery’s cellar, driven by a relentless pursuit of complexity and balance in the final blend.

Corsendonk Dubbel Kriek is a high density, fruity beer. Visually, Corsendonk Dubbel Kriek has a characteristic brown-purple color and a beautiful foam. On the nose and palate, the fragrant juice and natural cherry flavor dominate this sweet cherry beer.

Traditional Duchesse de Bourgogne with Belgian cherries and chocolate essence added during the maturation process in oak casks (foeders). 20 kg of whole Belgian cherries are used in the production of each 100 liters of Chocolate Duchesse Cherry.

First things first: what on earth is a Braggot? It’s a hybrid between mead and beer. The honey wine was then transferred to bourbon barrels, giving it time to build up layers of character and depth. After about six months, we started brewing the second part of this hybrid. We chose a German classic beer style: Rauchbier. Perfect to balance out the mead’s sweetness. We combined the mead and Rauchbier in a 60/40 ratio; Rauch to mead. Finally, we added smoked chilies to round it all off. We went with Pasilla: rich, deep, and smoky and the all-time classic Chipotle;a bit fruitier but still full of smoke. A bold mix of sweet, smoky, and spicy flavours. Rich, big, and unapologetically daring.

The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste. Lindemans Framboise blends one-year-old lambic with delicious, ripe raspberries, providing a delicate fruity aroma, indulgent raspberry flavor and a beautiful dark pink colour.
